How do I open an account with Investable?
Select the Account Setup link in the top right hand corner of the homepage. You will be presented with an Account Setup form to complete. New users will have to supply the requested information and finally confirm their identities via the Account Verification process.
Can I have multiple accounts with your service?
No, Investable permits only one account per legal entity (individual or corporation). This is in order to ensure that ethical standards, integrity and compliance are maintained at all times.
I completed the account opening process with Investable, however for some reason my account has not been activated yet?
Although you may have successfully registered with Investable, your account is not active for use until you receive activation confirmation. If you have registered using a primary email from a recognised corporate entity your account will be activated as soon as this information is confirmed. Otherwise you may have to complete our identity verification process to activate your account (see Account Verification section).
