  1. How do I verify my account?
    If you have created your Investable account using a primary email other than that from a recognised corporate entity, then you will need to verify your identity in order to have your account activated. The Investable ID verification process requires that you email a copy of your government issued photo identification to support@investable.com (please be sure to include your username for tracking purposes). Alternatively fax to 1300 762 229 or International +612 9966 0082). Once this information is confirmed your account will be activated.
  2. What forms of identification can I use to verify my account?
    For individual accounts Investable can only accept a scanned copy of a government issued photo identification. This may include a drivers license, government identity card or passport. For corporate accounts a copy of the entities incorporation details are required.
  3. Why must all members verify their identification before opening an account?
    The Investable service is focused on creating a professional investment tracking and networking service. Therefore to ensure the quality of the service is upheld, all members must verify their identify before account activation occurs.
