  1. Why should I Network with Investable?
    Using the Network features of Investable can bring a number of benefits to the users. By networking with other account holders you can improve your professional contacts, help manage client or vendor relationships, enhance the availability of alpha generating investment ideas or simply promote your own investment ideas to more people.
  2. How can I use my Investable account Network features?
    Login to your account and the select the Network button in the top right hand section of the website. This will take you to the Network area of the Investable website where you can make Network Link requests, accept Network Link requests and manage the information you receive between your different contacts.
  3. How do I Network Link to a public user?
    First you have to find the person you would like to make a Network Link request to. This can be done using the Find Account User on the left hand side of the website. Simply enter the individuals name or account number and once you have located the correct individual select the “Send Network Link Request to User” button. Note if you are only able to locate an individual by their Account Number, this means that the user has elected for their account to remain private, however you can still send this person the same Network Link request.
  4. How do I Network Link to a private user?
    If a user has elected for their account details to remain private, then the only way you can complete a Network Link request is by using the persons individual Account Number. You should contact the user in question and ask them for this information. Once you have the information input the Account Number in the Find Account User box and select submit. If the Account Number given is genuine the search results will confirm the existence of the number, you should then simply complete the Network Link request following the prompts given.
  5. How do I accept or decline a Network Link request from another user?
    In the Network section you will find a menu titled “Network Link Requests”, select this link for a summary of any outstanding Network Link requests from other account holders. You can select any individual request and then elect to either accept or decline the request.
  6. How can I manage my Network?
    Your network of linked accounts can be managed using the “Manage Network” section of your account. In this section you can review your current list of linked accounts and either delete or change permission settings for each linked account.
  7. Can I cancel a Network Link request once it has already been approved?
    Yes, simply go into the “Manage Network” section of your account, select the “Delete Link” button and “Save Changes”.
